  3. The following members:φ 
  4. τW(1)φ
  5. agree to join a lottery pool for the month of τW(5), τW(6), 
  6. for the purpose of jointly playing the following Lotteries:φ
  7. τA(8)φ
  8. The members designate, τW(10) as the Lottery Pool Manager for this month. 
  9. Each member shall be liable to contribute $α(11) per game played.

  11. Each party to the pool shall turn over all funds for the purchase of tickets 
  12. at least 24 hours prior to the closing time for purchase of tickets for each 
  13. game played to the Lottery Pool Manager.

  15. In the event that a person does not do so, they shall nevertheless be liable 
  16. to pay in their share of the money used, if a ticket or 
  17. tickets have been purchased for them.

  19. In the event that any prizes are won, the pool manager, who shall serve 
  20. without compensation, shall evenly divide the prize among 
  21. the participants, deducting any amount owed for a failure to pay a 
  22. required share.φ
  23. Any and all funds won as prizes will be considered to be held in trust 
  24. for the pool by the manager.

  26. This agreement shall not automatically renew and shall expire at 
  27. the end of τW(5), τW(6).

  29. In the event of a prize being won in excess of $1,000, and 
  30. settlement options are provided, the vote of the majority of the 
  31. pool members shall decide. If there is no majority, the pool 
  32. manager shall decide.

  34. Any member may withdraw by written notice to the Pool Manager, 
  35. and the pool shall thereupon end, but shall remain in effect for the 
  36. past games played as a pool.

  38. This is the entire agreement of the parties and there are no 
  39. agreements express or implied not stated herein. This agreement may 
  40. only be altered in writing by all parties.
